Dinner: Beef short rib (10/10)

For dinner I chose the beef short rib, and it was exceptionally delicious — flavorful, tender meat with cheesy mashed potatoes, carrots, and green beans. I would 100% order this again.

As an appetizer they served a light salad and a roll.

For dessert they served something that was cake-like (no frosting) with berries and sauce on the side. I don’t know the official name, but it was sweet and tasty.

Breakfast: waffles (with one complaint)

For breakfast I had waffles with sausage (plus a roll, butter, and jam). They were good, but I’d want just a little more syrup.

My breakfast drink was apple juice, and the welcome drink was orange juice.

Service

The service was timely and polite. The flight attendants were kind and helpful, and they checked on me frequently.

One small complaint

Breakfast felt unnecessarily early — we still had around five hours left in the flight, and the attendants had to wake us up to serve it.
